RMA stands for Return Material Authorization.It is used to track returns from customers.
The Software RMA screen allows the user to create a Work Order Traveler to follow the Item through the repair porcess.
If the Customer to just return the Item this screen allows the item to be returned to Inventory.
When a part is serialized the software will track the serial numbers in the RMA.
