  There are times that the quantity in Inventory is too low for an engineer who is planning to design a Manufacturing assembly that is going to use several of a Inventory Item.
  In this case the Re-Order quantity might be set too low for there to be enough in Inventory.
  The Engineer or stockroom personal can scan the Orders From Stockroom function barcode and then scan the Inventory Barcode to
  inform the purchasing personal to order more of an Inventory part.
