Inventory Software Employee Screen
The Inventory Software users have to be entered in the Employee
Screen.
This includes the Buyers , Sales Persons and all other Inventory System
users.
Each employee has user setup Inventory rights to restrict editing
capabilities and only allow viewing of data.
Inventory rights are setup in the software Configuration menu and can be
changed only by the systems administrator
The Barcode name is generated by the software and is used on the Employee
Barcode Name Badge.
The Email Address is printed on the Purchase and Sales Order hard Copies.
An option in the software Configuration can be turned on to include employee
detailed information.
