Issuing the Complete Bill of Materials with a Work Order

Work orders move the inventory parts for Bill-of-Materials / assemblies out of stock. Assembled parts are then moved back into inventory as the assembly part numbers.
This screen is specifically designed to automate inventory control and work order requirements without the complexities of maintaining an MRP system.After items items have been transfered form Inventory to W.I.P., the software will display a part shortage result window. Click on a line item in the Part Shortage results field, to display its status. The software displays the Qty in Inventory, the Qty Short, P.O. # with an open line item for the part, the Ship Date of the parts, the Qty On Order for the part on this purchase order and the Manf Part #. |
